| Petacular is independently owned by pet enthusiasts, Twylla Augustson and Ted Ellwood, who are residents of downtown London, Ontario where Petacular's physical stores are located. They are active with Canine Conformation, Obedience and Agility training and three of their "herd" were pet rescues |
